Besides the obvious notice requirements one would expect, like a letter in the mail, letting you know you have 6 weeks left to book your room, Frankie tried hard to let us know given the little time and the few resources made available to him. Last year, a lot of poker players said 'hasta la vista' to Revel when their comped hotel room reservations were canceled without notice so the hotel could make more revenue for the air show. This year, after labor day, comps for hotel rooms all over AC will be easier to get, and I have never had any other casino in AC make me run through hoops to book a free room for poker I had earned or that tried to cancel a free room I had booked.
