There is a very famous 'poker house' that plays Maryland Live. They all get staked by 'the house' and thus have the same bankroll. Obviously a staking agreement doesn't mean there is collusion among members of the house if they are at the same table. But anytime you run into 'associates' whether it be friends, married couples or even soft playing regs you just need to try and pick up on it and play accordingly.
Not ready to throw in (or out) the word 'legit' just yet, but if you see something then let the floor know (if they care). A well place comment, "Are you 2 married or something?", will let the parties involved know that you 'see' that they play together and that is generally enough to slow down any issues IMO. But just playing from the same bankroll doesn't automatically mean the game is tilted. GL
