Everyone has been agreeing that this place has the best action in Florida and now your saying the 1/2nl game is Nitty. Really?
I say nitty because they are not to aggro (at all). But they are juicy enough to pay you off really light and chase draws at a vey bad price.

You are right, I may sling the word "nitty" around to freely, I will try and choose my decriptions better in the future

Also, I dont remember ever, ever saying I hated the Kennel Club

LOL only 8 rings and only 2 are from poker tourneys. But the one I'm proudest of is a horseshoe ring that was a birthday gift from Benny Binion back in 1986.

I plan on heading out here in February for the WSOP circuit. I went to your website to look for buy-ins for your cash games, but couldn't find it. Anybody have a link? Interested in playing 5/10 and 10/20 (10/25) while down there.

They a small 5/10 with a 100-300 buyin, the big game is 5/10 with 500 to 2500 buy in and depending on the day it sometimes has a mandatory straddle. Any game higher than that normally doesnt have a cap.

nothin is really in walking distance, There is a best western ~ mile east just past the Crown Plaza, and then a Holiday Inn (maybe a Hilton, I cant remember). I cant imagine any of them being real cheap due to the proximity to the airport. Cabbie is always an option.

Am I missing something? all the hotels rates are either ending before the tourney starts or beginning after the tourney starts according to this post.

I appologize that this is not clear.

The pricing is available thru the dates listed. They apply for the entire duration of the tournament. If you book after the date listed, the rate may not apply.

Take care,

Noah

I got 105 a night for a full suite with kitchen at hotels.com at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham West Palm Beach which is just down the street if you have a car. For those without car I think the doubletree is the best bet.

How has the weekday action been lately? Wondering how it's going to be next week between Christmas and New Years as I have been playing elsewhere and wouldn't mind checking this place out.

edit: my aplogies, 1/2 and 2/5. i'm new here.

Listing what games you are interested in would be helpful.

Always multiple 1/2 and 2/5 games going and maybe 1 or 2 of the 5/10 with 300 max buyin. and at least 1 5/10 500-2500 buyin seems to go all the time.

If you like 1/2 then come anytime, the games always has soft spots, just remember they have a 2 dollar button blind. No biggie tho, the games are soft enough to make up for that.

If 2/5 is your choise, then the evening would give you more table selection as some of the games could be tough. Should be able to find soft spots.

Other games are prolly better in the evening also.

GL and enjoy

Noah and Joe,

I'll be heading down Sunday Jan 7th to the 9th, are there any plans for the $5100 SNG during that weekend? If not, any good tournaments similar in structure to your "Big Dog" tournament? (One of the best tournaments in the state btw).

Also, can I buy-in to the circuit events at that time or will I have to wait for February?
