Re: Mohegan Sun (Uncasville, CT)

How cheap is it to rent a 2 bedroom near the casinos?

Re: Mohegan Sun (Uncasville, CT)

Got down to the Sun last night. Had a great time, had a really soft table, lots of laughing, keeping the mood nice and loose which kept the money keep flowing my way. Then, three kids sit down at the table. They all obviously knew each other, and while I don't think how they were playing could be called collusion in the strictest sense, there was enough of an appearance that it killed the action at the table, and the donators ended up moving on. I hate when that happens.

Re: Mohegan Sun (Uncasville, CT)

thinking of grinding it out at mohegan this summer. Will likely play 1/2 and 2/5. I want to get a sagamore card asap, does anyone know how long this takes to accomplish? How many points on average does one get per hour? is it a set rate?

If I earn 1600 points before the qualifying period ends in september, how long do I have my sagamore status for?

Re: Mohegan Sun (Uncasville, CT)

I just moved up to Boston from Georgia. I was wondering if someone could save me the time in reading this entire thread and just let me know how the 1/2 NL games are thurs-sun? and is MS better for cash than Foxwoods? I plan on going to both but I think i will be going to MS first. Thanks in advance!

1/2 pays 2 points per hour. 2/5 pays 3. Status is good from the time you achieve it until the end of the next six month qualifying period. For example if you earned it in August, it would be good for the rest of the current period ending in Sept and the entire next period ending at the end of March.

Foxwoods has more tables so there is more games to select from. They arent that far apart though so if you dont like the action at one you can go to the other

The Black card is a poker-specific card, while the Sagamore is a casino card. It's apples and oranges. A better comparison would be Mohegan's Sagamore to Foxwood's King or Ace card.
