40 people entered on Friday. I assume today's numbers are much larger. They won't get 1000 entries obv.

Floor told me last night they had 40 on Friday and 40 on Sunday. Looked like 2 full tables made it last night when I saw them bagging up. Anyone know what Saturday's numbers looked like? Floor also mentioned they already had 7 entries for 1D next Friday, and they are expecting a lot more entrants that day, but will only be staffed for about 60 or 70 (wtf?).

Saturday had 73 or so. Last night ( sunday ) they played down to 11 players and stopped after Level 14, while previous nights had played to level 16, so I would love to hear how they are going to solve this. Can't believe they are only going to be staffed for 60/70 Friday..that is good to know! I was planning on late regging after 3 levels, but will be sure there earlier. If they cap at 70..overlay will be like $40k. Which they deserve for all the various things wrong with this thing...good for us tourney players though. I heard from someone saturday that the overlay would be pulled from the promotional fund...which if true is just bad business and sucks for all of the regs.

If they only get 70 on friday the overlay will be a lot more than 40k

I never played a tourney there when it was horseshoe, so dont know if they were better before and if this is a Jack issue, but wow whoever runs the poker room has no idea what they are doing when it comes to running tournaments. From the schedule to the lack of promotion, high rake etc etc this thing was a mess.

Not to mention the fact that they were trying to compete with WPT & WSOPC events like the Borgata Poker Open which are running at the same time. So many issues with this "series"...

There were over 200 entries in tournament day 1D alone. Looks like between 60-70 made it to day 2... about 105-110 total will play day 2.

I played Sunday and they said all flights on Day 2 will start at the lowest level played. So level 14 most likely.

Stacks are posted on a piece of paper at the front desk podium. Biggest from A/B/C was 368k I think I saw. Don't know where D stacks ended up.

Correct day 2 starts level 15 again, where the lowest left off.

I'm guessing there will be a stack bigger than 368k out of flight D. Although a bigger percentage of the field were eliminated the other days. Liked the tournament hopefully, they will still run it again in a few months. Hopefully, they can still take the risk on the guarantee because that's important for turnout.

Yeah I am pretty sure I saw a stack in the 700-800k range late last night... I made it into day 2 with a little less than starting stack, after being up as high as 115k at one point.

Glad to see they didn't limit the entries to 70 or whatever yesterday too... would have been guaranteed overlay for them.

45 places paid (369 total entries), 1400 min cash, and 71k up top was what they showed us on day 2. Was curious about who won and who else cashed in this.

Where would you expect them to pull the overlay from? And why do you call it bad business? (It's bad business to have such a big overlay, but the money has to come from somewhere).

No, day 2 was a roller coaster for me. Started around 35k, doubled up twice in the first hour, then got moved to a new table and was out of the tournament within 2 hands when 77 lost to QQ on Q7xxx board.

Anyone know if total rewards members are eligible for the club jack $100 free play sign up bonus? And if so, how is the free play given?

Does anyone know if they are still running the Noon tournaments on Saturday? I don't see it on BravoPokerLive anymore. I was going to go this weekend.

If you signed up for your total rewards card at any of the Jack properties that were formerly total rewards properties, then no you aren't eligible.

What's the deal with the Wednesday promo? I see $500 per half hour, but it sounds like there are stipulations. Anyone able to fill me in?

It's $500 per half hour. No stipulations aside from any full house qualifies for holdem and any quads for omaha.
