Would you happen to have more tentative schedule info such as this? I'm looking to coordinate vacation/ hotel reservation days.

WSOP.com has schedule for Southern Indiana up. Sadly, it does not entirely match what the poker desk at the Horseshoe thinks the schedule is. Poker desk confirmed over 50 is Monday 10/12.

As of today, there was no event room rate or room code, but the summer sale rate or whatever they are doing is pretty affordable.

I'll be in Louisville for the next 4 days, and would like to play some limit holdem. What (if any) LHE games run on weekends? Is there public transportation from Louisville?

Also says that you can buy in on day 2 of a two day $365 ring event? Day two will already be in the money.

First time down there shortly.

What's the best way to get a food comp in the poker room?

Get total rewards card. Give it to the dealer when you play. They scan you in. You accumulate. Use card when you try to get food.

Don't get to play much these days unfortunately and guess I'm out of the loop on some lingo. Looking at the Bravo app, can anyone tell me the difference between 1-2 NL holdem and 1-2 MS NL holdem?

MS = Mississippi Straddle.

MS= must straddle

aka: Whoever wins the hand has to straddle the next hand (min. of $5).

Really? Thanks for the clarification. I play down there a couple of times a year (5-6 days at a time) at the $3-$6 LHE tables and they allow a Mississippi Straddle at those games although it is not advertised as such.

Thanks. I'm not a NL player. Used to love going down there a couple times year to play 10/20 of at least 5/10. Now it looks like 3/6 is as good as it gets around here. Depressing.

they allow mississippi straddle but the MS on bravo is for a mandatory straddle by the winner of previous hand

Will be flying from Washington to Louisville for some work in about two weeks. Will be there on a Tuesday the 19th to Thursday the 21st. Does anything above 1/2 typically get going during the week? I'm more of a 2/5 to 5/10 player and would prefer that if someone knows of a place not to far for me to go to, thanks! Looking foward to the trip will be easy to spot me I'll probably be the only person wearing Seahawks gear.
