I don't know of any. There is a 5/10 NLH game in Oldham Co and a 6/12 or 8/16 limit game near Seneca Park.

There used to be a good game off grade ln (3-4 years ago), but I heard it got busted. They would have a tourney 3 times a week and SNGs after the tourney. Once a week (I think Fridays) they would have a big cash game too. I want to say the cash game was $5/$10 w/ the button ante-ing $20 (effectively a 5/10 w/ a $2 ante, but instead of having everyone put out $2 the button would ante for everyone).

Yep. However, there have been attempts to get a 10-20LHE going here and L'burg (maybe even Cincy?) and nothing was sustainable in the past 3 or 4 years. Would be in for a 10-20 O8 as well. AFAIK, the only higher stakes LHE in the midwest is at Hammond.

There is a holiday inn express right off of the exit on I64. I-265 is right up the road and has hotels. Otherwise on the Louisville side you have to go pretty far to find a "cheap" hotel that isn't in the ghetto.

I was at HSI last Tuesday from 2 to 7 pm, there were 4 and then later 5 tables running. Is there a reason for such a slow Tuesday? Or is it normal?

Depends. The Sunday 3pm tourney last week had 96. That's fairly average number, plus they had I think another 10 tables running.
