BBJ has arrived, starting at $2500. Heard (but didn't confirm) that it will be for quad 7s.

So I am guessing they are now taking 10% up to 5 plus one for bbj? Is the 5-10 NLH playing for the BBJ also?
Does anyone know when the new tables are going to be in place?

I told him he needs to keep track of the pot as this can be a big issue.
Lol.. Same thing happened to me yesterday. Asked dealer why he dropped $5 on $42 and he said, " I did? ....sorry " I guess everyone makes mistakes but now I find myself looking at drop every hand instead on the action.

i wish they would have a lower qualifying hand, at least give me the feeling like I could win the thing.

Bravo says they have a NLHE 10-25 game is this correct? I am guessing 5-10 turned into 10-25. Can anyone confirm this?

Wonder if this will happen on Tuesday?

I liked Casino Arizona's AAATT beaten. Maybe it's because I actually won it once...

Stopped by to check things out and chatted w floor manager on duty. Tables not ready yet - they needed to measure floor dimensions for placement of the new overhead security cameras. They may start running tournaments in May once new tables installed. Manager said that early tournaments may run with limit of 60 runners to reserve some tables for cash play. Also said too early yet to know buy-in levels.

Saw plenty of Delaware Park regs, dealers, including a former DP floor manager who now deals. The exodus from DP continues. Once Maryland Live comes in, the draining will accelerate.

Be interesting to see how Perryville will fare with new competition coming in from ML this year, then Baltimore Horseshoe next year. At present it is small enough to fill on weekends consistently, but it can't grow out given modest size of the casino. With its convenient off-I95 location that gets the casual passersby, Perryville poker should hold its own but won't be a major room. Still, a nice poker oasis for locals.

That same bs will get you paid, it's variance. The swings are just bigger in those kinda games.

How are the games going up there these days? Has the interest died down at all? Have they started using the extra tables yet?

I was there Friday the 15th; they were unable to get the 8th table started until after 8 pm. Action definitely is quieting down, although I might have just been at a bad table.

I was there Sunday 5/19 and they had three 1/2 tables and one 2/5 table running in the morning. Then they opened another 1/2 table while two of the others were short handed, some people didn't like that.

Ok I stopped here randomly a couple Sundays ago driving back home. Plusses is that it's literally right off 95. Good easy parking. I enjoyed the poker room. Good dealers who generally refrain from chit chat and run the games. Nice new clean chips. I just played 1-2, very friendly players and generally good loose passive action all night.

Major negative is that ATM max is only 240 (with a four dollar fee). Really? I'm sure that hurts action way more than they think (if people stop in spontaneously why limit the amount of money they can get). Limited food options. Cage is a healthy walk from the poker room.

But overall I liked the place and action. Would definitely stop back if in the area.

First buy-in is at the cage, later buy-ins can be done at the table.
