The last 2 years have been good turnouts. Over 100 in most events. The HPO has great structure and reasonable buy ins. Bill Bruce and company run a banging tournament.

Headed down today through Sunday and going back next Sunday.

Looking for a threepeat on the "Seniors" event.

How did you do? I think we started the tournament next to each other. I was seat 4, and believe you were on my left. You doubled early with KK v AA?

No regional HPO @ Charlestown thread for 2016? No posts here, updates, nothing.... Looks like there is no energy or for this card room in general during the HPO this go around?

Actually, I think the attendance is up a little from last year. The Main has a 100k guarantee this year too. See you there?

Yes the BBJ hit on Saturday at around 10:30 am. Some idiot who wasn't me. It was a 3-6 limit game. Quad tens versus the king high.

At least I was in the room this time.

Played 5/10 at Hollywood last night. Full table was running from about 2:00pm until about 3:30am when I left. Wish they would let the time raked games run it twice.

Because that's all the money that was left in the reserve after the previous hit. It takes a while to build up.

PLO goes regularly on Wed nights but it's usually 2/2 with 5 bring in

Last Saturday morning between 6 am to 9am , there were only two 1/2 tables full.,8 players waiting in line for 45 minutes. No dealers available. Terrible. No wonder they are losing poker customers and revenue.
They should have 3 to 4 1/2 tables open on saturday and Sunday morning and 2 extra dealers for back up.

The turnouts have been low so they've cut back. Mega stack is still on for Nov 19. Play that.

It appears that the cash games are taking money out of the pot without a flop. Is this correct? If so what's details? Is it bad beat money? Rake? Whatever happened to no flop no drop?
