I live outside of DC and haven't been to DP much since the opening of Maryland Live. But I was going to the Saturday non- holdem tournaments they were having on Saturdays. I'd still be going if they offerred Crazy Pineapple and HORSE. I think there is a market for these non-holdem games.

Who is going to play the WIP Celebrity Bounty on Thursday? Don't really care about the radio guys that are going to be there. The real celebrity is Jared from Subway. $150 buy in double green chip bounty. 12500 in starting chips 20 minute levels. Basically same structure as the $75 buy in. $10000 guarantee. I will be there because I haven't played a big event at DP in a while.

1. Do you check your weekly/monthly hours at the players club?
2. How many hours do you usually need to be in the top 50 for hours in a week?
3. When they host the monthly freeroll, how many people typically show up?

I was listening to him on the drive to the tourney.

He didn't make it. He sucks. Jody Mac was at my table too, the one with sick crazy action. After he busted he played Spike Eskin's stack and I busted him at about midnight. I disappointing bubbled, made a few bounties.

O8 tourney this Saturday. Hope we get 4 full tables so we can keep it on the schedule.

What is up with the website? Can't get it to load on my laptop. Tried my work PC and got a virus notice. I hope they fix the problem.

Lots of new stuff going on for next month with regards to tournaments.
Should be intersting to see how it all pans out.

The $100 cash for 3 hours between 3 am and 9 am is different as well.

Question to Kevin:

Can I claim the $100 slot dollars same day or do I need to come back on another day to claim them?

i.e. say play from 2am to 7am, can I claim the slot dollars at 7am before I go home?

If it's the same as the $100 for playing 5 hours then you have 2 days to claim the slot dollars and 24 hours to use them once claimed.

You go to the front desk downstairs. They put the comp dollars on your card. Got to whatever slot machine you want to play and put in your card then redeem your slot dollars. You must play the slot dollars. You can't redeem them then try and cash out. I just calculate how many spins it takes to play through the amount and once I hit that many spins I cash out whatever I won.

Sure.

Or just spin in $1 / $5 increments and count how much you've used.
Spin your $100 / $50 whatever. Then cash out.

What I meant is: can I come in, play a poker session, then receive the Slot dollars same night, run them through a machine, cash out and be on my way or do I need to make an additional visit to redeem?

I heard from the room, they are ready to spread the game. Look to see if we can become a "feature game" again.

Just wanted to say that I enjoyed playing with all of you on the rare occasions I got away. I was just hired at DP so I won't be posting in this thread again, but I look forward to seeing all of you from the 0-seat.
