learnt a about a rule at crown i didn't know about, in split pots, the players don't lose money on the hand. so the dealer should take money out of the rake so that the players are at least break even in the hand.
I'm sure there have been a couple of time in the past where i was in a split pot and probably lost a few dollars from rake, so you should just remind the dealer if it happens. and i can remember a time in a blind vs blind hand it was a split pot and the dealer didn't take any rake (I just kept quiet about though
) so that was probably why.
so this rule should probably change the way you play in potential split pots, you may need to remind the dealer though.
