I've talked to two supervisors at Bay about this in the past and neither one has told me numbers that agree with that claim. Both have quoted numbers that said the hourly drop increases with each increase in stakes up to 40/80. Bigger games than that would drop more if they're always full, but they're also much more likely to go shorthanded.

People keep on complaining about the special treatment to the big players, which makes me think that they have no idea about what their value is to the casino. It's not just the drop from the game that matters there.
Also, the player pool for 100/200 is more than 10-15 players. There's probably 20 or so who play multiple days a week, and then quite a few more who are either visitors, occasional drop-ins, shot takers, or just magical unicorns with money to burn.
As it happens, I don't think they're going to succeed to attracting the bigger games there long term for a variety of reasons, but I do think it's a much better business decision than anyone's giving them credit for. There are a number of other factors at play here, which I'm not going to get into because I don't want to get into spreading gossip about the players in that game, but if I were the manager at M8trix, I would snap break a smaller game if the ~5 regs playing big limit games at M8trix wanted to start one. I don't know the 10/25 players as well, but I would guess a similar dynamic is at play there.
FWIW, my personal opinion of the place is that it looks nice, the smell is kind of irritating when I first get in but doesn't bother me afterwards, it's kind of dark, the board sucks, the prices are high, and I generally won't bother playing there because the games I want just don't go regularly enough, but I'm perfectly happy to go there when hanging out with friends whatever games are actually going there.
