Depends on the day. Wed has two guaranteed tourneys and Friday noon os good. Best structure in the city short of GN being decent on the weekends. Gl

I play all my poker in Harrahs and Borgata so I don't now the AC/boardwalk situation very well, I have some friends coming to visit me and we want to go down to the boardwalk. I went there once by myself but had to pay like 10 bucks to park in some random lot. Is there any good places to park for the boardwalk that are free?

I X-posted this in AC forum but this tends to get more traffic so I figured I would post here as well. If the mods are feeling saucy feel free to delete. Thanks for the help guys!

Go to Ceasars/ Ballys. Walk around find a Diamond card left in a machine. They're all over and boom its free. Or use your free parking at Borgata and get a receipt then its free at all casinos for the day.

I may but wrong but I don't think free borgata parking gets you parking somewhere else for free the way paying the 5 dollars would.

this is correct. that transfer receipt will only be given when you shell out the minimum $4 city tax.

Don't you pay on the way in? That's how it was at Showboat, I've never parked at the others.

Thanks @pokertrench. What's the best/fastest way to earn comps playing 1-2 and 2-5?

1/2 gets $1.50 comp dollars per hour. 2/5 gets $2.00 comp dollars per hour. To get comped rooms, earn an average of $15 comp dollars per day. See the FAQ in the first post of this thread.

It goes regularly about 4 days a week(Thursday-Sunday). Yesterday it was $80/160. I don't play in the game all that often, though(mostly mixed games) but I always see it going whenever I'm there, so.

1. Borgata is counting on at least 413 players in order for them to meet the guarantee.

2. 1st place should be a little bit more than 20% of the prize pool.
With a $1 million prize pool, 1st place should be more than $200k.

I expect that there will be around 600 entries, making the prize pool around $1.5 million, with 1st place receiving more than $300k.

Last year, the buy in was slightly less, it was a $500k guarantee, there were 497 entries, the winner received $283k.

Like the new addition of Taco, but wish they kept the Thai option there.

Today was the grand opening of the new food court(Marketplace) and it's amazing! Nothing like it used to be.

Two huge thumbs up.

I went down last night for a look around, and it's certainly a big change.

The now-generic food vendors are in the same places as their predecessors, so you can stumble in bleary-eyed and still find your burger/cheesesteak/salad/pizza/Ben & Jerry's where it was before. (The taco place took the duplicate Asian place's spot.) Burger now includes turkey and veggie options; I didn't look closely at the menus otherwise.

The opposite end, formerly seating, is a deli-type thing, with pre-fab salads and sandwiches, drinks and packaged foods. I didn't go around into the foodie bar (cheese and whatnot), which is next along the wall (directly ahead from the bottom of the escalators).

One thing I noticed is that because it's mostly open and all hard surfaces, it's quite loud.

And the attack faucets in the restrooms remain.
