250 makes no sense since they only sell chips in stacks of 20. Of course I don't think it makes a big difference either way.

I'll be interested in seeing how this goes. I lean towards it'll die fairly quickly. A lot of the fish don't like playing short.

It's definitely worth a try though, and props to Borgata for doing it.

I hope this higher buy-in 6max 3-5 game keeps going, because I'll bet it makes the regular 2-5 game even better!

I've played half PLO half PLO8 at the Borgata at the 1/2 level. It was similarly late at night and the game was shorthanded. Definitely a fun game.

curious for some six max reports!

I'll be there next weekend. I will definitely check-out a six-max table... I'm sure it will be available with the BWO taking place.... Also will play some PLO and/or PC O8. I played PC O8 about a month ago and enjoyed it....sorry to see that it doesn't really go anymore.

I'm curious to see how/what limits Razz will be spread. Maybe as part of a HORSE game, or another mix ? Hopefully it will be at a level that most of us can play, not like $150/300 or something.

As far as I know Razz hasn't been approved by the gaming commission for play in AC.

It seemed pretty brittle when I sat after returning from dinner. It was short to 7-8 or so, with people coming & going. I played several orbits and then left.

I am starting to think that the 10 is a better game, at least from the perspective of availability. There is usually at least 1 MM table feeding it. Yesterday the MM game was fab, so was the main for a while. Then, as players changed over, so did the texture. That's when I cashed. But, for a solid 4-5 hours... yum!

It sill puzzles me why PC doesn't fly?!?!? There is nothing between 3-6 & 10-20. That gap seems like it needs filling, yet players don't generate demand for it.

Way to think out of the box Stan - with the 6-max NL games Not sure how well that will go; time will tell. But, very cool in "giving customers what they want"!

I wonder if the entire LIMIT structure might be due for a makeover?!?!?!?

Think... 2-4, 4-8, (6-12) 8-16 (or 9-18), 15-30, 30-60.... you'd need $2 chips for the 6-12/8-16 and $3 chips for the 9-18, though.

Sorry, the Razz line was really a comment reflecting how some games that don't really run have been coming up as nice surprises.

As someone mentioned, Razz cannot be spread in AC.

We are now petitioning the CCC to approve Razz and Triple draw low ball 2-7.
Should ahve an answer in a few weeks.

This sounds about right. These games sound awesome and I hope I have a chance to play in them in the next couple of weeks. But the combination of being deep-stacked and short-handed means the fish will probably stay away from the games, and the ones that do venture over to it will lose a lot of money very quickly and probably find their way back to the regular 2/5 games.

It's about time someone did this. Badugi next? Props either way.

That's what I'm afraid of. The game will be so fish-unfriendly that it's going to attract grinders for a while, until they get tired of passing money around. Deep stacks are appealing mostly to people who don't make the game good.
