Uncertainty with HUD stats Uncertainty with HUD stats

I was thinking about HUD stats on PT4, specifically raise frequency. and it occurred to me that even REGs BTN and CO stats are usually around the 20-30% mark. from what I know you can and should be raising >30% from the CO and around 40-60% from the BTN. so why are a bunch of regs raise frequencies so low?

My thinking is that in 180 sng's you play a lot of hands between 10-25BB and therefore you have to drop a load of opening hands which results in a lower raise frequency stat. So using that logic, regs in normal MTT's should have a much higher raise frequency stats. or the regs could be leaking. Can anyone shed some light on this? TY

a shove in PT4 is included in the raise %.

Sure but you will not be shoving all the hands youd be opening when your say 50-100bb deep. ty for the reply btw

we shove often much much wider. For example: vs regs in the blinds you shove around 35-50% on the button with around 10-15bb. If there are nits in the blinds you are shoving 70-100%. So its kinda hard to compare i think.

I don't agree that the range you mentioned is wider than a deep stack BTN Opening range. I'm shoving 42% on the BTN with 10bb vs regs with 10% antes but if I'm 50+BB deep then I can be opening 40-60% justified by the implied odds.

But yeah vs weaker players I agree, that is a spanner in the works But nowadays how many nits do you come by where you can shove 70-100% from BTN. I'm talking specifically turbo 180's on stars. people I think are generally better educated now.

Whilst a lot of the population is better educated I still think you'd be surprised at some of the stuff BBs are folding vs 10bb BTN jams, still a decent amount of nits imo.

in that case sir I am probably not shoving near wide enough a lot of the time. Can I ask how you formulate a range based on HUD stats and notes etc?? for example if theres a person playing with 13/4 over a 50 hand sample I am thinking I should be shoving about 53% say two hands wider than nash. but really I'm just guessing. is there a more accurate way to deduce what my range here should be?
