Turn: (600) 7 (4 players)
SB bets 1,310 and is all-in, Hero calls 1,117 and is all-in, UTG+2 calls 1,217 and is all-in, MP1 folds
River: (4,151) 2 (3 players, 3 are all-in)
Spoiler:
Results: 4,151 pot
Final Board: Q 8 5 7 2
SB showed 9 Q and lost (-1,367 net)
Hero showed T 9 and lost (-1,267 net)
UTG+2 showed 7 Q and won 4,151 (2,784 net)
MP1 mucked and lost (-150 net)
The call becomes +cEV just when UTG+2 calls because you have probably 15 clear outs to the nuts. With that many outs you need arround 2 to 1 to be good on a call and you don't have it being the second to act after SB shoving. So in this spot I'm folding because I can't know for sure if utg+2 will call and he or SB might be getting in with higher spades FD which kills our equity some times!
This is a basic pot odds decision. You're getting about 1.5 to 1 on a call meaning you've got to win 39% to be profitable. You've only got 15 outs to the straight/flush so you just have to fold here.
The thing that sucks even more about your hand is that you're not drawing to the nuts so you could well be in a situation where you're vs bigger draws and some of your draws aren't live.
