I would call again and probably call river. If he plays this badly he may well have a weaker pair or something he's overvaluing. This type of player very often slowplays very strong hands too.

I don't see much point in a shove at this point. What is the buy-in level?

Call. If he bets river, call. If he checks, check behind. He may have 2P, but this type of players often do this play with small suited aces and they dont care about kickers at all.

yeah I'm calling the turn as well, if its not a massive river bet id call. Id also make it less post flop, like 550 or so

The bigger bet pre was cuz he had a huge fold to c-bet %. I've found that when they won't ever fold pre and almost always fold post, making pre bets bigger=printing money.
