looking back im not sure if i should have played this hand anyways but as I did this happend.
so i bet pot to see if anyone has a club or maybe already has the flush.
after he calls should i just give up betting and see if I can get to showdown?
should I have just checked the flop multiway anyways, its still early on in the tourney.

I would fold pre here.

As played, pot size bet on flop isn't going to do anything that 60-70% bet is going to do.

Turn is really awkward. It's pretty hard to fold now. Jamming can't be terrible, but maybe check/call and then hate yourself if it is checked behind.

As stated just fold pre,no need to be getting involved with troublesome hands early on.Bet less flop maybe 175/200.Personally i would check/call the turn and check/? on the river depending.........but ..just fold pre.

Yea I realised I shoulda folded pre afterwards but kinda stuck now

Folding preflop seems like the best solution here. It's too early in the MTSNG and in these regular and slow speed MTSNG being tight at the beggining is the right path to take as we want to avoid getting in delicate situations postflop that can cost us a part of our stack or worse, our tournament life.

Agree with all comments preflop. It's pretty hard to make a flush, and I think u can rule out low flushes as he just calls flop. I'm betting flop and turn enough to setup 3/4 pot river shove, but will check call river. Hopefully he jams Acx and you scoop a nice pot. You will of course be stacked by all flushes, but I think it's unlikely as Kc, Qc are blocked so in order to not raise flop he pretty much needs to have flopped the nuts. If he has... Pay the fellow I say!

Theres a lot of posts saying the same result as I think of, fold pre. Anyways, theres no need to bet full pot on the flop, Id go with something like 220(190-240), it makes the same result. Dont check it...if the turn card would be a club, then ok, you can give it up, unless improved to full house on the river, but flop is a must bet. Turn card doesnt seem that horrible to me, because many people are not going to pay with straightdraw, because theres the situation, that they may improve to straight, but still be worse against flushes, so its not that ev+.
