Just wondering what to do here? getting 6.5/1 amd according to flop zilla will hit a decent hand 21% of the time. if I throw in middle pairs thats 30% of the time I hit. I am just wondering if this is a good stop and go spot or if it is not good because of the added limper in the pot.. Thanks all

UTG has reggy stats so it may be doable to 3-bet jam pre and have UTG 4-bet jam to shut CO out of the pot (it's important utg is good enough to see he can do it). When that works you are HU in a pot of 11.6 BB that you only paid an extra 3.05 to be in. If it doesn't work the pot is 13.65 but 3-way.
