hi guys this is 1 $ stars 180 , we are down to final 2 tables 14 players left , villain is a very active player with 33 /31 over 39 hands , and i see him call oop with 10-5,.Me and villain are same stacks effective. I have Aks and tired of villain bets pre i decide to shove all in. Is my move ok? Should i 3 bet him and call an eventualy all in? Call him i think it 's a wrong ideea because his opening a lot at last two tables and dont want him to see a cheap flop and make him pay. Do you guys take the same line or play another way?

Shove here is fine. He needs to be scared for you, and not you being scared for him or his crappy range.

I'd prefer to 3-bet not all in maybe to 3600 because he they will sometimes flat with stuff that you either dominate and/or is going to fold the flop.

With a better/LAG player he will generally shove over the top but his range to 4-bet himself should be wider than his range to call your 3-bet so that's fine. You're stacking off with his monsters however you play it. Give him a chance to put his stack in with some worse hands too.
