nice betting pre flop, but low one on the flop.
you needed to bet at least t200 to know where you were after the flop.

with your bet on the flop, I would check on the turn, you have no idea how good you are.

raise more preflop being oop and with 2 others in the pot - make it like 120, then do what mango said

Re: play a hand with me at a 45

JJ is always so troublesome.

So early, preflop I dont even sometimes mind just calling and playing post flop. These limpers are so bad, that postflop, even their TP no kicker will let you stack them. Also, we can hope for a board with no over cards, and play it profitably.
Sometimes when I see loose fishy tendencies in limpers, I just even jam pre. But thats just very player dependant.

Obv am not saying raise is bad, but I was just suggesting another way to play it.

As played, I dont like leading into that flop and inflate the pot, because, we dont want to get raised, or even flatted, so basically we are just hoping for a stab to make him fold. I would rather use those chips to checkraise, and end the hand there.
I just like playing passively early on and not risking too many chips.

I setmine with 22-JJ a lot in early levels to avoid this kind of spot. As played bet slightly larger on the flop give up to any resistance.

I'd bet no more than 120 flop and am not folding to a raise unless it's a shove or just massive. Now barrel turn 1/3 pot or so.

Re: play a hand with me at a 45

Make it 120 pre OOP. Limping is terrible for so many reasons.

Flop is a clear value bet, if he's limp/calling pre hes never folding any piece of that board so you get plenty of value from gutshots/worse pairs/fds. Its also an easy fold if he raises.

Turn is close, I think that villain's gonna be playing so passively that when he bets we can be pretty happy about folding. If he was gonna play a draw aggressively then he'd raise flop. So c/f is probs best.

If turn goes c/c then river's close but I probably c/c a blank provided he doesn't pot it or anything.
