Currently I'm grinding the $2.5's turbos, have over 2800 games played so far with a positive ROI.
I plan to move up to the $8's but first I wanna increase my ROI a bit more in the $2.5's.

I have switched across to SNGs after successfully playing low-stakes MTTs for quite a while (short on time). I play a session of about 30 games each morning before work and a longer night session on the weekend, so it is hard for me to do Skype stuff. I play mainly 45s (7s, 15s, 30s) but throw in some 180s (8s, 15s) and also some 18s near the end of my set (7s, 15s, 30s).

I'm pretty happy with how I have been going, but only have 1600 games so far.

I'm also very interested in game review and how best to use SNGWIZ and analysis of HEM data as a study tool.

Hey, I play $8/180s and $7/45s as FlaxseedGoji.

Used to grind Rush MTTs on Full Tilt, made about $10k mainly through $12 Rush MTTs. Had a bad summer grinding MTTs, but decided to start focusing on 180 and 45-mans which suits my game better and is similar to Rush.

I've got off to a good start, played about 800 games so far, hoping to do 1k games/month.

I've been struggling in the 15% 45 mans while beating the 7s, i am fairly confident it's mainly just variance but wouldn't mind checking some through and maybe comparing my play last 2 tables onwards across the two for a more objective perspective with somebody.

I'm Agent Bear on stars . I'm a tourney pro or at least I was until recently where I've been on the sickest 180man downswing ever , like $8.5k down in less than 2K games playing mostly 8s and 15s
Def interested if any decent regs can help me out with this disaster as it feels endless and I'm really not sure where I'm going wrong. Been playing around with sngwiz a lot but I'm worried my ranges are way out and it's hard not to let shortterm results affect decisions when things are going this badly...

I know what you mean, exact same problem.
My ROI for my last 5K games are:

3.5/45 - 34% (800 games)
7/45 - 17% (3K games)
15/45 - 1% (1200 games)

Not huge sample sizes but enough to say that the games change an awful lot with stakes imo, so for me it's not just variance - clearly I don't adjust enough to different players (though hard to do when mixing 3 stakes). Would be interested to see how many have the same sort of differences in ROI.
