Hello,

Is it possible to add the "final table background" to 18man sngs ? It would be helpfull when multitabling imo.

The attached screenshot shows the current sidebar view when you click on an MTT-SNG in the main lobby. Instead of this, we are considering showing the list of registering players for SNG up to 27 players.

For 45 players and above we would still like to show something more useful than the present information. So opinions welcome. What would you like to see in this space for SNG with 45 players or more?

Yes yes yes please do this.

For 45+ SNGs, would there be anyway of having a list of players but with a scroll button?

Or something like this would be sick:

162/180 players registered

8 colour coded orange
14 colour coded red
10 colour coded green
130 not colour coded

Instead of focusing on fluff like this, and dynamic payouts in tournament lobbies why don't you guys put more effort into things we are actually asking for, such as a higher rebuy, make a deal button, i'm ready button, the ability to top up your stack automatically at the start of rebuy periods, etc.

I understand you have your own agenda and are probably being told what to say in this thread/how to use it. However I feel like this thread is becoming more and more of a feedback thread for YOUR (pokerstars) ideas as opposed to a suggestion thread where WE make suggestions and YOU tell us what you think.

Sorry if this post comes off wrong, I appreciate everything you guys do for us but its just so frustrating to continuously post the same things and they are never dealt with and then come on and see your above post about the sidebar in the lobby screen, who cares!!!

to be fair, I've seen several requests for the display of player details in main lobby (maybe in the zoo thread, maybe in mttc, maybe in this, idk), so it's not like they've just plucked this out of nowhere. And there's already been a reply to the demands for higher rebuy 180s, though not the reply many wanted to hear. I got my $11 reg-speeds anyway, so I'm happy

Please add scheduled breaks and a final table background for the 18man SNGs

Don't need FT lights for 18's man.

that's fair, they may not have plucked it out of nowhere, but it still seems to be a minor change compared to the other suggestions people have asked for.

of course they have responded regarding the higher rebuy 180s but I would argue that it hasn't been given enough attention, especially since they have adopted the strategy of trialing sngs on specific days, peak hours, etc.

you got your $11s, they trialed $60 180s, $60 45s, and the oh so tilting $7+ 90s. I guess the better question is why not trial a higher rebuy?

As for the making a deal, I'm ready, and auto-rebuy at the start of a tournament buttons. These seem like much more useful features than being able to see which players are registered for a tournament in the lobby, when you can just open the tournament lobby itself and see this information.

Final table background would be nice, but god no please do not ever add breaks to these. The avg duration is 30 mins, to win ~1hour. No need to give breaks in these. WOuld slow up the games so much.

you realise that if you play a $2 and a $8 it's the same like 2x $5?

more tourneys just means that each one fill up slower

He's right though. A $5 turbo 180 would be totally unnecessary when there are already games at $2.50 and $8. They are not far enough apart to require an intermediate step.

If you want to play higher than 2.50s but don't have enough roll to play the 8s then just mix the two buyins in the appropriate ratio so that your ABI is wherever you want it to be. So if you wanted to have an ABI of $5, mix the two in the ratio approx 55/45 in favour of the 2.50s. If you want an ABI of $6, mix approx 65/35 in favour of 8s. And so on.

Or play 8s but sell 35% in the marketplace.

Or just grind the 2.50s until you roll yourself for the 8s then switch over in one step.

I think most people should slowly add the higher stakes in a mix anyway, as part of the process of moving up slowly while getting to know the regs at the new level, rather than going cold turkey at the lower level and moving straight up in one go.

But whatever, adding $5/180s is just pointless.

I am the only one who thinks 15 min blind levels are too long for $11 180s?
Can you change that to 10 min?

it's obviously NOT, in terms of variance, bankroll needed, average (buyin-weighted) opposition skill level, and so on.

Posting a copy quote here of something posted in the stars software thread in the zoo, as it seems very relevant to this.

I could probably increase my volume by 50% in the short term and 100% in the medium term as I would be able to mix mttsngs with stts. I can't currently do this as they require different strategies because of the pay-out structure.

I have a few horses who also have this problem with the 45s and 180s.

I also think this would be a pretty good idea for those who mix any and all SNGs, whether they are STTs or MTTSNGs.
