probably depends how good you are, after 7k games with 33% my biggest swing was something between 150-200 BI

Sorry for the dodgy HH, using universal replayer for the first time. Thought I was just a bit too deep to shove and a bit too shallow to r/f so I just folded, is this okay? It's a $2.50 180m

Its gonna be a profitable shove even without antes but you can fold this. I wouldnt lose sleep over passing this spot up. I dont really like r/f'ing this either.
01-30-2012 , 06:51 AM
I would fold this UTG with 13-14BB
you never raise/fold anything that is shovable at your table when 14BB deep, you open shove

Never?
01-30-2012 , 09:31 AM
That's a bit extreme, although not a bad rule to use when just starting out. Although with the nature of these sit and gos there is usually not going to be antes when stacks are deep enough to raise fold and you should raise pretty tight on 15 bb stacks w/o antes, so the rule is much better in (turbo) SNG than an MTT
01-30-2012 , 01:11 PM
I think it's a good rule to shove with 14BB or less, you raise fold to leave yourself 10bb? this will not be good in the long run imo
02-03-2012 , 01:23 PM
final table

if jamming, do you jam 10bb too?

it depends what you think his push range with 12bb UTG is. If it's sth like TT, AQ+, then 99 have only 32% equity against this range. If you include AJ, then your equity increases to 40% against this range. Calling with TT would be marginal here, JJ+, AK maybe.
      02-04-2012 , 06:01 PM
^^^ Hero only has 6.5 BB. This is a snap call.
      02-05-2012 , 04:10 AM
Villain was 43/43 And seemed to be really loose from EP /MP (out of 14 hands :P)
      02-05-2012 , 05:02 AM
Ya call the 99, You prob won't see too many QQ+, good edge vs the AK and AQos and as good of a chance of seeing 77 88 weird shyt as JJ or TT

positional open stats take like hundreds of hands to get good fwiw

How to play flop here ?

I'd bet flop, check/fold turn if he bets. 29/9 has a lot of broadways in his range, and what do you beat after he fires two barrels?

Posted in the forum but hoping to get a few sharkish regs to answer (and others)

HJ is a random but never a reg or very winning player (thats all the info new table)

what pf min raise range do you assign him? ...

and whats his calling range vs a 3bet shove from the sb?

about 16 left so theres some ft bubble eff for him
