If we have 74o SB vs BB with 8bb:

Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

UTG: 15.9 BB (VPIP: 16.93, PFR: 13.77, 3Bet Preflop: 5.65, Hands: 510)
UTG+1: 5.62 BB (VPIP: 16.67, PFR: 12.60, 3Bet Preflop: 5.88, Hands: 138)
MP: 8.73 BB (VPIP: 36.36, PFR: 33.33, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 11)
MP+1: 16.42 BB (VPIP: 29.81, PFR: 17.48, 3Bet Preflop: 4.76, Hands: 104)
MP+2: 5 BB (VPIP: 21.74, PFR: 9.52, 3Bet Preflop: 8.33, Hands: 23)
CO: 20.85 BB (VPIP: 28.21, PFR: 5.26, 3Bet Preflop: 9.52, Hands: 39)

Hero (SB): 8.22 BB
BB: 16.97 BB (VPIP: 17.39, PFR: 17.39, 3Bet Preflop: 10.00, Hands: 23)

9 players post ante of 0.1 BB, Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.4 BB) Hero has 7 4

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero?

How come PushBot suggests push (vs 36% Calling Range and Bubble factor 1) and with equilab/pokerstove has 32.56% with 45% pot odds vs the same 36% Calling Range (same hands from PB)

Thanks.

^I don't understand what that means exactly. Are you saying the two programs are giving you different ranges? I don't know of a function like that in Equilab.

Or do you mean how can you push a hand which has so little equity when called? I haven't checked your the %s in your post but the answer is that 2/3 of the time you pick up the dead money of 2.4BBs when he folds and you only lose on average about 13% (your pot odds of 45% minus your 32% equity) of the big pot or about 2BBs if called.

I'm pretty sure you can push any two cards if you think he's only calling 36%. He should be defending more like 65% if ICM is not a factor, though whether he is or not is another matter.

    Hey guys,
What do you think is our line post flop here? Do we ever not c-bet?
I just feel that when I c-bet, I am putting a big chunk of my stack to fold to a raise and I should give up on every turn.
Is this x/f on flop directly?

Hello, can someone advice a decent article/book/video series about low-limit turbo 180 sng? (apart from guides in Welcome thread)
    03-29-2016 , 05:40 PM
good day what is safe roll for 45m, 90m, 180m and MTT?
i guess for 45 is minimal 100bi and safe so 200-300?
    and 180 minimum 300bi and safe 500-700?
    03-29-2016 , 06:00 PM
    ^ Those are fine IMHO.

Of course if you can't beat the game (and are unwilling to move down) then you will eventually burn through any bankroll.

Quite old and not free but OMGClayDol 180 man grinder series is pretty good.

    +1, today not seeing them.
Seem only 15+ 45man is there
    04-13-2016 , 02:59 PM
They seem to be back now - though no $6 reg speeds are running as usual - just make it a $7 FFS.

Yes. Villains ranges are too strong for you to be in very good shape if you get it in and you can't flat and play OOP post flop.

I haven't played in a while but just logged in and saw the new ko poker tab and the hyper turbos here. Are these raked the same as normal MTTSNGs?

Are they considered to be beatable, or are they a gimmick to attract recs and charge higher rake (like spin & gos)?

I looked for an official discussion thread but couldn't find one. Is there one?
    04-29-2016 , 05:48 PM
    1. The rake can be seen when you open the lobby of the SnG (the new knockouts are seen from the main SnG lobby too), it's not as low as you'd expect

    2. Both can be true (Stars do feel entitled to collect higher rake when they attract more deposits and there's still some money left out of them for regs' livelihoods), though almost no one (besides maybe istack_u5 who's in nearly each of my games) can prove the beatability yet as no samples big enough have been collected.

    3. There's none, feel free to start one.

Am I the only one that does not see 15$ turbo 180man on PS atm?

Looking to re-start my poker hobby. Did decent in '09 - '10 in large field MTT's and that is where my passion still lies. However, since time is limited, looking into starting with a mix of 45, 90, 180-man's. Now searching for a decent learning path, I have access to all books & videos, so that is not an issue. I just don't want to read/watch the wrong stuff, preferably start out with 2 books orso (I have kill everyone already in possession as it was advised) and then go over to video's and possibly (European) study group. So, what other book and what videos do you advise?

Do you get rakeback from each rebuy/addon now?

so now couple months later does anyone know how beatable they are? rake is obv insane but so is rakeback and if 1% roi is achievable they'd be pretty profitable.
