Pre is fine ordinarily although we must be aware that the BB may jam (same with SB) so have a plan for that. Depending on their tendencies I may even fold this hand pre. If they are weak I may raise it up.

If stacks were deeper I bet 40-50% of pot on flop as we have a backdoor straight draw. The thing is with straight draws is that we may need to see all five cards. So betting and then getting shoved on is not good for us in this spot. As played, with the villain being short I check it back here and see what the turn brings us.
