i call it getting 2 to 1 odds . with less don't mind calling or folding.
think he mostly have a pair or a draw.

there are definitly draws in villains range but the fact that we have blockers to some straight draws makes it a little bit more unlikely. So mostly we have to improve our hand. lets assume every K,Q, and T gives us the lead, makes 10 outs, so odds are 3,7:1.
We have to pay 750 to win a pot of 1230, which gives us 1,64:1 odds.
mathematically a clear fold.

I wouldn't cbet this flop, it is pretty wet and smacks villains range. Plus getting a free card here is great, we have 10 cards to improve our hand to top pair or a straight.
