V is a good reg.

Note: open raised A7o to 5BB (half his stack) and called my shove.

With my current stack size should I be push/folding? I don't have much experience in HU and I'm not sure when its good to push/fold.

Should I tight up my range against a good reg as he will be calling lighter?
