Hi,

Lately I'm trying to work on my calling ranges, but still have problems to calculate pot odds and equity I need to call an all ins in spots like this.
So if there are anybody, who is good with those things please write step by step how to calculate those things correctly?
p.s CO was a reg and lets assume his pushing range here is about ~35% hands.

You can probably go close to ATC here, maybe like 75-85%.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that you need to call 2600 to win 8400 therefore 2600/8400=0.30x100=30% equity against V's range.

a quick way to estimate approx equity :

On the flop : multiply number of outs by 4.
So if you have an open ender OTF, then your outs are 8. Hence your equity is 8*4 = 32% approx.

on the turn : multiply your outs by 2.
    If you have a flush OTT, you have 9 outs, so equity = 9*2 = 18% .

    It was pre-flop.

OP, it's simple. Figure out what your odds are to make the call. So if there is 3000 in the pot and it costs us 1500 to make the call, we are getting 2:1, so we need to win 33% of the time to make it a break even call. Plug in your hand, and then assign a range for villain in PokerStove, which will calculate your equity against his range.

If your hand has 35% or more equity, well then it's clearly a profitable call. (You want to be making better than break even calls ;D)
