But I'm seeing absolutely no point in looking at two different stack setups versus specific hand(range)s (BTN and CO are not equal in both examples).

I guess you want to ask if a shove is profitable, well according to the chart it is but I wouldnt make borderline shoves against the wrong table my friend. If you have some hands on your opponents it makes the situationen a bit easier.
