How to adjust Stealrange against different stacksizes? How to adjust Stealrange against different stacksizes?

Hi. This is the Situation i want to discuss:

We are in Late Position with 15-20bb and there are Shortstacks behind us.

For example:We are first in from the Button and the SB has 8bb and the BB has 15 bb. We have reads that both players in the Blinds doesnt resteal a very wide Range.

How can we now figure out what Range we should Raise against them?

If we raise to 2,5bb and the 8bb player shoves we need about 35% Equity to call him.If he reshoves top 15% we can call him with 31%. That would be our Raise/call Range against him. Is it profitable to have a Raise/fold Range against a 8bb stack? I mean if the raise in itself is +ev and wins us chips then we could Raise/fold against him.
On the other Hand you hear everywhere that it is bad to raise/fold against <12bb Stacks.
I am interested what you think about the optimal Stealrange and if you would raise/fold against shorter stacks if the Raise is profitable against villains resteal Range. If all players behind have<12bb stacks we shove or fold of course and dont raise/fold.

In this case it's jam your raising range.
raise 2.x to induce with the top of your range

For 15bb effective you jam against players who dont resteal that much? I think a raise/fold range against the 15 bb stack should be +ev.
