Hi Guys,

Recently had the luxury of been able to try poker out full time while I've been not working, however I've just landed a nice job that I have to take for a while so my question is, Are there any Aussie grinders out there playing MTSNG's decent volume say +2000 a month out there that also work fulltime? My reason for asking is when do you log your sessions?

I'm thinking about trying to grind for 3 to 4 hours in the morning before I work then try and load as much volume as I can over the weekends as you know our time zone is really bad so we need to play on stars at peak times to be able to get +20 tables going, I was also thinking with the new found monies to up my roll and maybe play a combination of $3.50's and $1.50s that way I may be able to get 20 tables up during off peak times which would be better for my sleep say If I could come home then grind after work, rather than goto sleep and wake up at 3am to grind.

Any advice on work poker balance and aussie time zone would be awesome!

I also have a full time job, with hours ranging between 6am-9pm (varies week by week) my job also varies on the days i work, including weekends

I also have a wife and 8 month daughter, so poker drops down the list of priorities but i try and load games between 8-11pm (8-10pm for 180s) so the latest i play is just past midnight. If im on the computer during the day, its to study and review hands

I've just started playing mttsngs as my main game recently, so i too am still trying to work out the kinks in my schedule. I found that with my prior commitments, games like HUSNGS and cash games seem to be the best thing for me, due to quick bursts you can play before being interupted by marriage/kid stuff But i prefer mttsngs because a. i think im better at them and b. they are more entertaining for me.

Oh yeah, as i havent mentioned yet, i am an aussie, residing on the mornington peninsula in Victoria
