FT $7/18 KTo in BB

So I ran this hand in ICMizer, gave V a 33% shove% (his stats were tight, but he's got to open up, 5th out of 6 (4 paid), and it seemed to be a clear call (+0.31%). But KTo is really only about 46% vs a 33% opening range, and while I know I get a discount for being BB, it didn't seem like a worthwhile spot.
Table dynamics: I'm clear in 2nd place, and I've been able to steal 1x/orbit since FT began, so I'm steady despite having big stack on immediate left. (He wasn't very active.) maybe I was complacent, but it felt like I could more or less play TAG and get itm. So maybe that's why I wanted to pass here.
