Final Table Bubble - Bad Button Shove? Final Table Bubble - Bad Button Shove?

Last 10 of 45 man tourney. I'm ranked 3rd overall as all the chips are on our table. Villain is ranked 5th or 6th and is 31/17 over 51 hands. I've been pretty active having had chips and running well until recently before this hand, but having not shown down many of these hands my image may be borderline maniacal

My shove here is marginally +cEV I believe, and during the bubble I'm not expecting a wide calling range. It feels like its +$EV too but maybe its too high variance for this stage of the tournament

So, is it a bad shove, taking into account the villain, my image and the status of the tournament? If it is bad, which factor is it that makes it bad, or is it only the combination?

don't like shoving here, you cap your range and take a high variance spot that i think you shouldn't take
    just min open it
