1 shove
2 fold
3fold
I ship wide enough to the limper in hand 1. Hand 2 I don't think your ahead enough q9+ maybe. Hand 3 folding because your getting called wider out of the blinds

Re: A few push/fold spots from a $5/45

Hand 1 :
if LP was always raising when entering a pot. I would fold. If he called often I would shove.
Hand 2 :
There is no way you should fold over there, I think, if BB is not a maniac. If he's tight-passive you can call and check-down with him to be sure of having the best chances of eliminating the other guy. I would prefer a shove hoping to take down 2k whatever the category he fits in.
Hand 3 :
I don't see much profit from shoving here unless SB-BB are really tight, I would fold here.

Hand 1: Fold. I know he's loose/passive, but people change their play a lot in the later levels. If he'd been limping a lot, I think you could shove, but generally I'd want a tighter shoving range.

Hand 2: Is this the final table? By the time these Merge 45-mans get up to 400/800, you're usually at the final table or close to it. If there's a bubble dynamic, you can certainly shove. And if you're just in the money, I think a shove is still +ev, because BB is going to have a very tight range to call that shove.

Hand 3: Fold. SB should be calling with any two cards here, so you want a stronger hand.

I don't agree though. Hand one looks dodgy and requires a huge read to shove here. Hand 3 is a fold unless the villains are really bad (ie a chance they will fold). T high when you're going to get called isn't great.
Hand 2 I think I shove.

Huge read? 45/12 is a huge read.

H1: Instasnapjam.
H2: Would you have shoven if that shorty wouldn't have pushed? Jam
H3: Jam ur risking like 2,4k to gain 1.7k (= like 25% of ur stack)

Conclusion: Push moarrrrr

45/12 is a huge read. But this doesn't tell us how often he limp/calls. K8o is far too marginal and against a fish we want to look for much bigger edges. If he limp calls a lot, it's hard to dominate a hand with K8o.
With hand 3, you're assuming SB and BB are really bad and your shove can get through which is a bit too optimistic imo.

Not at all, this is +ev vs high call ranges and whilst I'm never a +cev shover, in this case T6s is juicy as heck! Much more live when called than when we have A2o...oh but you shove A2o right? Most suited stuff should go in here.

1 & 2 are about the most standard fold-shove-respectivelys I've seen.

Yes A2o does go in and yes it does do better against calling ranges, which should be close to ATC unless you have a read that they might fold. There are plenty of examples where T6s does better than A2o against villains' calling ranges, but this is not one of them.

Re: A few push/fold spots from a $5/45

shove, shove, depends.....imo

First one: 45/14 over large sample, villain has very wide range, i think k8 is the bottom of our range for this but id shove. Just my style i guess.

Second one is standard

Third I would shove if: a)on the bubble and b)villains are bad
