Critique My Hands (New MTT Player)

Hi, I've been a reader of 2p2 for a while now and I want to start utilizing the forums to improve my game. I'm a semi-recreational/losing player but I want to change that and start taking my game more seriously.

I enjoy playing 45man MTT's so have decided that this is where I'll start my grind (50c games). I'll be using this thread to post my trouble hands after each session and hopefully get some input on them.

Thanks

From my 1st session, after going through my hands I noticed these iffy shoves, to me they look like mistakes, should I wait for better spots?

all standard, you can try limp/shove on btn to have like 0.1% FE on the J7o hand but it's all fine.

you have over cards and the nut flush draw, their range is very top pair heavy, not many two pairs not many sets some combo draws. random idiotic spaz's. against these hands, with the chips already in the pot, you stick all your chips in.

this is the logic behind it right?

Yeah, didn't think that in-depth though. I know I couldn't fold to the shove because of odds, but I was just wondering if I could have played the hand differently.

          Hand 1 is close -UTG I maybe shove 77+, KTs+, A9o+, A7s+
Plus this appears to be the FT (of a 45 man) and you can afford to wait for a better spot

          Hand 2 & 3 are fine

Hand 4 is ok as well. You have enough equity plus essentially doubling here at this point in the tourney will put you in a good position as it progresses into the later stages

3 bet more pre 180ish. 3x the opening raise early on is about right imo.

I would bet a bit less on the flop and call the shove. Random players are getting it in with all kinds of ax here at micro stakes, you are getting 2 to 1 on the call. You have the best hand here way more than 1 in 3 times.
