I guess it s good if V is known for making committing raise with non premium range like worst Ax KQ KJ etc...

I'm not a huge fan for a shove here, villain is unknow he did'nt play a hand so far. Let's say he minraises 14% of his range like 44+ ,KQo, QJo and suited broadways, then we are behind. If we have more stats we could take another decesion. But with the info provided in this 1 i fold.
