Opp's stats were loosey goosey up to this point, something like 42/17 with high aggression factor. Is this line too passive?

that's fine but suboptimal imo. betting the turn is better against a villain whose range is so capped and either dominated or drawing most of the time. against better villains it would be overrepping your hand but here you're just way ahead. AP call turn, c/c river. villain has whiffed draws and tp with a lower kicker a lot here.

Fold pre! Why c/c turn? If he is a loose player, we are way ahead of him, in a board like that, a lot of the time. You could bet a lil more on the flop, but it's not a crucial thing.
My line would be bet flop, bet turn, c/c river (he has some weaker Aces that he probably would bet on the river, if you say he is an agressive player).

Why we have to fold pre?

We don't have to. I fold pre. I was giving my opinion. In 25-50 I don't think openning AJo UTG it's such a good move.
