Would you guys be ripping it her with 12 BB's. Im not whinging about the beat.
I feel like I was too short to 3 bet, and flatting wasn't an option. Folding seems absurd.

I was wondering if this was a bad spot to call ICM-wise? Villain had pushed 8/10 hands, just open shoving. I saw that even agaisnt ATC i only have about 66%, is this enough considering we were already in the money?

Not sure if i should be shipping it tighter here. This has got to be too loose? What sought of range would be appropriate for shipping from the HJ with about 8 BB's?

You need to start using ICM program for all these. Middle hand is considerably lighter than 77, you're shortest it's something like 55+,A3s+,A7o+,K9s+,KTo+,QJs

All these are very basic spots and you played them fine. You only question them because you lost the hand, which is going to happen at times.

In all three cases both you and Villain played the hand correctly, you just got unlucky that you ran into a better hand and didn't suck out.

hand 3 was the only awful one IMO. The first 2 are unlucky.

18 man is mostly stealing and you ran into 2 unlucky spots.
