76s seems fine, very little that isn't going in here

what do you mean with very little?

    Utter garbage like 82 72 62 52 42 32 93 83 73 ...... that sort of hand

Medium suited connectors like this are definitely going in

If this was a single hand static situation then we could pass, but in tournament world the game moves remorselessly onwards, and two hands from now we're going to pay another big blind, plus another two antes will have dribbled away too. So unless we get a hand to shove next time, we're going to have literally no fold equity because we'll be the one calling. And there's no guarantee that the next hand will be better. 76s will do quite well against calling ranges

Basically we're unlikely to get a good profitable spot from here onwards, so we're left with choosing what we think will be the least un-profitable spot before we run out of chips.

May I add that in this spot BTN, SB and BB all risk their almost certain cash here if they call us, meaning they won't call very often. In next hand the BB player will have big stack and he can safely make +EV calls with most hands at 5bb stack depth.

This is an 18 man bubble. I don't know why everyone is saying we can be very wide here, because we absolutely can't. Even in Nash this is a very close shove, almost b/e. After you adjust everyone's calling ranges, it IS b/e. The biggest mistake people make on 18 man bubbles is calling too wide and so if you make very marginal shoves, you are playing right into their hands.
You can be on about a 35% range here at very most. And that assumes that the other short stack behind you is folding AQ which is never happening, he's snapping AJ for sure and probably wider.
This is the range you can shove:
    33.5%, 22+ Ax+ K4s+ KTo+ Q8s+ QTo+ J7s+ JTo T7s+ 97s+ 87s 76s
Any much wider than this is suicidal.
