4.50/180: 1010 itm vs super tight Reg

He plays 11/6/4.4 over 247 hands and is a reg with over 220k winnings .. bubble bursetd and we are 16 now, dont think that makes much of a difference as he will mostly autopilot.
ship or fold ? I hate calling therefore 3b/f ?
