just 3b/c pre, you dont induce any jams here vs the stacks behind.
if there were 20BB stacks i'd like your flat to induce.
postflop is a nobrainer fold

It depends on the handrange we 'd assign villain to raise pre from UTG+1. If V raises 99+,AQ+ only we're inducing a coinflip by 3 betting here , if he 4bets this range. If he even folds 99& AQ to our 3Bet, this play as a whole might be -EV, let alone the fact that flippin for 20bb with some shorties left at the FT is -$EV.
For these reaons I prefer OP´s flat.

3betting pre is better because youre probably never going to like a flop with overcards just like this one

flat pre is fine imo, you guys are underestimating how tight a 16/16 is likely to play with 9 left and these stacks.

I play like 17/15 over massive sample and I still open KQ,KJs,77,ATs,AJo all day and 4b shove like TT+,Ak maybe wider w histories.
