I feel the more GTO approach to 180 mans is going for at least a top 3 finish and therefore spots like these should be treated as somewhat of an icm/chip ev hybrid.

I dont - im a hobby-grinder with a few thousand games a year so im taking the low variance route and folding here... only calling jj+ and AK

Yes its in theory exploitable but if you or villlian is not a higvolume reg, it will never be something to worry about.
