8 left on FT, Mp V who is a nice reg(12/9 over 200 hands) min raises, CO who is very short flats, hero in BB has to squeeze here in BB with ako even though hero has 14 bigs.

ICIMIZEr says shove only with qq, kk,aa. I guess it bubble so equity of folding is so much but seriously how can i do nything but push here?

This seems like a very easy shove, I can't imagine doing anything else here.

Yes I am shipping it very day, but ICM is so wicked, on bubble its like Fold, fold, fold..

What ranges for the big stack minraise and call of your shove are you using? ICM is only a mathematical algorithm, so it's a case of garbage in (ie. wrong ranges) = garbage out (ie. wrong result).

v1 min raises range : 8%(66+, ATS+,AJO)

I think this is a fair range that a big stack in Mp can min raise with, Co Flats with lets say 8%( CO looked like a fish, as even if he shoves he will get called and he is not flatting aces here imo)

Against V1's 8% ICIMIzer says shove only QQ, KK,AA.

imo i am shoving this every day, but why is icimizer saying - ev(-2.29% t be exact).

If i am giving some wrong input let me know as well.

I really don't think anyone needs an ICM program to push AK from the bb with 14bigs over a minraise, it doesn't matter the villain.
Also, he's a decent reg, you say (he may seem tight but on a small sample - maybe you've played vs him much more in the early stages) and the biggest stack at the table on the bubble, he's opening any ace there so you really don't have any option but shove. I'd even shove without FE.
