He has stolen five out of five times and seemed really spewy but how does this get affected when being 24bb deep against the SB?

It seems to be a relatively marginal +EV spot so it does not worth exposing a 25bb stack.

Unless the maniac is shoving something like 60% and the SB is only over calling around 6% I would fold since we get crushed when the SB wakes up with a good hand.

I believe you need more hands/history vs MP opponent to justify the ISO.
