To be honest I don't think his stats matter too much, as we are basically flipping against any range. It costs us 5BB to win 13BB so we are getting 40% pot odds and we are 50% to win the pot. Even though we won't be eliminated if we lose, we will be crippled. If we win we will be in a great spot to finish Top 3 (where we want to be). With the less than 2BB stack there is this an ICM fold?

Fold...too much shortstacks and it isnt good with ICM...

I would fold. You want to really pick your edge-spots (which we can still do with 6BB) and own the table. The payout structure in 45s is quite flat, so ICM does play a big role and I wouldn't worry too much about "top 3". There is often good argument for laddering in these.

+1 for fold. You're currently 4th, and can definitely cash. I need a slightly better hand that dominates a few more AX to call off here.

Fold, you're hoping for a flip and you're not boosting your equity hugely even if you win it. Plus you've got a good position to get shoves through if the bubble drags on.

Even without that 2bb stack it's still a fold. Huge ICM problems with calling 44 here.
