I c bet the flop to take value from any pair and to protect my hand from overcards. When he c/r i dont think that he ever got a Q , cause he would call a Q so his range should be like a pair or a total bluff. What do you think?

    flop : x
    turn : call / bet
river : we gotta get there

he might have Q when he raises cb like this due to your shallow stack

If he was a short stack do you think that i have to bet flop?

Shove pre. Fold to this raise because he almost certainly has the queen. What was his kicker? Oh it was a 7.

Thing is with 12bb there is no play postflop, your stack is too shallow to have open / folding range etc. Just shove pre, since it may look a bit weaker than open raise IMHO, so you might be called by lesser hands.

his raise often is a bluff because you seem so weak on that board or the ***** Q because he also is afraid of overcards coming. But with the odds we're getting it's hard to fold here.

With the huge stack in the BB you can either push or raise pre and get it in on virtually any board.

Shove pre. As played check flop. As played don't fold.

For the same reasons a Q with no kicker ought to be a "just call", so should a pair lower than JJ be so I don't see what you are hoping to beat. You have a bluff catcher only - I don't think you should bluff-catch all-in here on the bubble - even against a 3-outer it's not an ideal situation to be in as a mid-stack (though face-up you would call). I would be more tempted if you had a Q as a blocker maybe.

It's hard to play post flop in an ICM heavy situation against a larger stack holding a pair of scissors down your trousers. That's another reason why this should just be a jam pre-flop.

skip cbet n bluff catch on good runouts

Yeah jam pre. As played, check back flop. You say you are betting your JJ to protect against overcards but then rule out villain having a Q when they could well be thinking on the same lines?
