how high is the variance?
on a 25 bi downswing atm, and i am NOT a losing player.
is this usual?

when i come in this position, what should i do? keep playing or not? started at 409$ now im at 330$

25 swong is standard imo. I've had 35 games without cash and still positive ROI overall.
If you feel like you beat the game, keep playing, but consider dropping down when it hits, idk, 200$? I'm really not the best person to give you advice on BR management... maybe 250$ is when you drop down. Or say, start mixing in some 1$ games at 300$ also for confidence, but even better - stop downswinging and go back up

A downswing is a good oppurtunity to give us the motivation to analyse our game for leaks. Just dont make a downswing the only reason to make changes as it could just be variance.

Im on a downswing approaching 30 BI on my ABI at the moment. Doesnt really feel all that significant really. I mean its about 400$ but using HRC i can at least check my push fold game isnt deviating to much needlessly from GTO.

My roi since changing to 180 man is still over 100% which is unmaintainable over any reasonable sample. even with this downswing im still running pretty well above my adjusted c net. Knowing this I think software helps us from developing bad run tilt.

I did make 2 massive erros today and I still didnt beat myself up. I was unsure of a nash fold in the bb vs standard reg today i thought this is a fold ill just check a nash hu chart, oh **** its a call. call oopps thats the nash push chart i just looked at. doh. the over one was i called a 3 bet shove I looked at the guys 3 bet % but oops i checked his pfr instead. it may of still been a call but what i made as a snap decision was a lot more marginal.

I mean i did beat myself up for 5 minutes but im sure i wont make either mistake again so both made me a better player.

Focus on the quality of your decisions, not your short term results. Yeah, it's not uncommon even when playing well. If you are playing well though, the results will come. Focus on asking questions, pulling out difficult hands and discussing them, and as said above, use available software to improve your game and mess around with scenarios to enhance your understanding of these structures.

Going to lock this thread just because there's no real strategy content here, but please feel free to post hands and questions about your play. Even general questions are OK, but it always helps to have specific examples in those posts. Contact a mod if any issues, otherwise good luck!
