At this point I'm 6 out of 7, and 4 spots pay. Is this a shove spot? I folded, but I'm not sure if this should be a push, or if I should wait for better spots to attack.

Dude, I would really suggest buying ICMizer2 as it will help you answer all these questions you have. Trust me, if you're playing a lot of sng's (which is what it appears you're doing) then getting that software will really help. I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, just trying to help you make the most of your time. I see that you are really trying to improve which is great, but most of the questions you've asked are ICM questions and the responses are people like me who will go into ICMizer to find the right play.

Edit, and to answer (or not answer) your question. If I was at home right now I could help by running it in icmizer, but I'm at work and this is one of those spots that I just don't have an answer for.

Ya man, I have heard good things about it. Is it a one time purchase or a monthly subscription?

I work full time right now, and I will be looking for a new job coming up, so I may have to cut back on my playing, which is why I might not be able to put in as much time in poker playing and training...but after I find that new job, I would get back to it.
