hi guys we have left 3. do you think its shove..i know that the range of opponent is wide but i think he never folds if i shove. so shove or fold? i dont think we can call out of position with this hand and this stacksizes...so ??? thank you very much

yep defo shove here. and yeah you have next to no fe ( which is probs why Theo said call he probs meant shove without fe.)
but you are 3 handed a9 is a monster to a single raise from the button.
Button should be shoving his whole range (that he doesnt fold )here so it could be a trap but you would need a read to that effect not to gii here.
